Our Beach Front Villa with Private Pool is our most luxurious room type, a two storey loft, with a king bed upstairs overlooking the ocean, a kitchenette, living room, private pool downstairs and two full service bathrooms.

The Villa is equipped with two air conditioning units, and an evening breeze air conditioning for the bed. The Villas are a 250m (2-3min) beach walk from the main hotel property offering the ultimate privacy. You are welcome to enjoy the hotel space and amenities as usual and meals are to be had in the main hotel restaurant area.

Sunrise House is a beautiful luxurious beach front house, consisting of 4 ensuite private bedrooms, A/C, units throughout, and equipped with a kitchen and pool. The House is perfect for families or larger groups, and can fit eight guests.

The Villa is about a 10min beach walk from the main hotel space, on the same gorgeous beach of Matemwe. Breakfast can be arranged at the House, you are welcome to enjoy the hotel for lunch and dinner, as well as a handful of other restaurants and hotels nearby and we can assist with organising groceries as well.
